Forms of Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. Payment in full is due at time of purchase. Order will not begin processing, and therefore will not be shipped, until payment is received in full.
Shipping Times and Expected Delivery from Dream Duffel, UK
We use DPD Local which will allow you to track your parcel. You will receive a one hour delivery window via SMS or e-mail, allowing you to track the progress of your parcel on a map, counting down to a 15 minute window. (Note: Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.)
For UK & Ireland Deliveries
Mainland UK: Packages take 1-2 business days to arrive after shipping from our warehouse.
Scottish Highlands: Packages are to arrive 2-3 business days after shipping from our warehouse.
Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly: Packages are to arrive 2-5 business days after shipping from our warehouse.
Offshore Services, Northern Ireland, Channel Isles: Packages are to arrive 2-3 business days after shipping from our warehouse.
Isle of Wight: Packages are to arrive 2-3 business days after shipping from our Warehouse.
For European Deliveries
Zone 1 Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands: Packages are to arrive 2-3 business days after shipping from our Warehouse.
Zone 2 Austia, Denmark, Switzerland, Lichtenstein: Packages are to arrive 3-4 business days after shipping from our Warehouse.
Zone 3 Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Spain: Packages are to arrive 3-4 business days after shipping from our Warehouse.
Zone 4 Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia, Croatia: Packages are to arrive 4-6 business days after shipping from our Warehouse.
Zone 5 Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Norway, Romania, Serbia: Packages are to arrive 5-9 business days after shipping from our Warehouse.
Orders will begin processing the business day after they are placed. Processing can vary from 2-5 days depending on order volume. Once processing is complete, it will ship from our warehouse. If your item is personalised, it typically takes 7-10 days for that service, extending the overall processing time of your order. We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen shipments after they are in the carrier’s hands.
NOTE: Please be aware that our products are shipped in boxes that have our company logo printed on the outside. If purchasing as a gift, you may want to consider shipping to another address (friend, neighbour, or relative) to keep the secret. If this is not an option, please make note of the gift in the ‘Order Comments’ section during checkout. We will do our best to help and cover up the logos on the box’s exterior.

Refund/exchange policy applies to resalable merchandise only. Personalised items and items without tags are not resalable and therefore are not returnable. Used, misused or washed items are not resalable. Sorry, but we do not refund original shipping charges or pay for return shipping charges. Rejected parcels will incur return shipping, these costs will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs will be the same as the original shipping plus an additional 3rd party surcharge – UK £7.50, Offshore £10.00 and all other areas £15.00.
Dream Duffel Warranty
Dream Duffel products are tested to ensure they meet stringent standards. If a problem occurs with a Dream Duffel, product caused by a manufacturing defect in material or workmanship, we will, within our discretion, replace the product, repair the product or provide replacement parts in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein. The warranty applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the product for a period of 6 months starting from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (i.e. airline travel). Electronic photos may be required to begin the process for replacement and repair inquiries. If replacements are needed for an item purchased from one of our retailers, a receipt will be required for proof of purchase. Substitutions in size or style will not be made, unless the warranted product is no longer available.
After the 6-month warranty period, replacement parts for some products are available for purchase through our website.
If an item is further reduced in listed price within 14 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference in price. We will not honour sale pricing once a sale has concluded.
When ordering a product on pre-order, please note payment will be taken then.
